friendly staff but pool issues
The friendly and helpful staff. The late check-out they offered allowed us to enjoy the pool despite technical problems. The room was well-kept with comfortable beds , made for a pleasant night's sleep. I found the indoor pool luxurious and a highlight after a long day of travel.

Fancy place, I greatly enjoyed very competent personnel.
The hotel and room were clean. The room was well-appointed and nicely furnished and featured a kitchenette area and coffee. The location was comfy and perfect, not very far from Revelstoke Golf Club. It also was close to river pathway.

Liked this affordable hotel, unbeatable location and impressive rooms. The staff was accommodating and professional, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The food in the restaurant was brilliant and the restaurant was lovely. Everything was simply good.

The room was well set up and comfortable. Fresh fruit was available in the lobby, a nice touch. An odd odor lingered in the room, and some areas showed signs of neglect, like touch-up paint that hadn't been finished. While the staff were friendly, the overall condition fell short of expectations.

The room was clean, quiet, and had comfy beds. Loved the indoor pool. It was nice after a long day. Denny's next door made breakfast super easy and tasty.

Renovated bathroom. Comfortable beds.
(1) Internet bookings were confusing, resulting in two bookings without my knowledge. I had prepaid for one. This would not be Revelstoke's problem but your system's problem in dealing with more than one intermediary internet company without info to the prospective customer. This problem handled graciously upon our arrival by afternoon staff. (2) Lobby coffee ran out by late afternoon upon arrival. (Sometimes more convenient than making coffee in room.) Not replenished until morning. (3) Relationship with Denny's unclear and not fully explained -- coupons mentioned by Denny's but not Sandman, and then simply dismissed at the Sandman counter as 'it depends what package you have'. I didn't have a package, just a booking. I don't mind not having a coupon for Denny's (it's not that special a restaurant) but I do appreciate information up front -- like when booking on the internet. It it was there, I didn't see it. Staff in both Denny's and Sandman were evasive on this, like they had been told not to explain things fully.

Great spot next to the river!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the location by the river. The staff were super friendly and helped us find cool places to explore. The carpets in our room could use some serious cleaning, which took away from the overall experience. The onsite restaurant served some good meals too!

We were originally given a room that had not been cleaned. The garbage was still full, dirty towels and a wet bathing suit in the bathroom. We were also told that the price we paid was $20 higher than what we would have paid if we'd just walked in off the street. Very disappointed in this hotel!

Excellent service and organisation.
Had difficulty with wi fi connection but direct cable was offered. Still didn't get connection but receptionist took a small amount off the bill in compensation.
